  6/22 Rec'd WiFi documentation request
  5/23 Printed completed documentation request for Developer SME. Sent email requesting changes.
  5/00 Sent followup email to Developer SME again requesting additional followup or changes. N/A
  6/06 Public Relations Specialist emails requesting any documentation. 
  6/19 WiFi meeting held. People seem to not be talking to one another or know of updating plan.
  6/20 Public Relations Specialist comes down to meet. Emails updated PPT.



The next upconversions will deploy on hot jobs NY and Berkeley

IT Communications and Training need user notification for these changes PRIOR to deployment of at LEAST one week!

Public Relations Specialist should meet with us and the Care Center to configure.

Timeline for Office Roll Out

 - starting with smaller offices
 - North America SME will give list off all offices inoved
 - also need an email rolled out to each individual office



Need how to connect manually (for techs)
Employees need only basic.
Only thru Windows. .
You will lose all profiles for Starbucks profiles and home computer wireless, etc.
The vast majority of offices will migrate in more than 30 days.



Need to interface with Asia SME and Sweden SME. 

Tuesday night deployment. Wednesday morning for laptops



No more Execustar. Its already built-in to Mac. Right now you connect to Pioneer. Mac Users will connect to the WiFi network.
Should be one year. Care center is planning to reinstall Execustar in the off year. 



WE NEED TO document the process the user will need to click on to make the change.
